3.1. 1/4-Court Offense vs. Player-to-Player Defense
(1) Q: A reminder, what is the goal on offense vs. player to player defense?
A: The goal is to get a high percentage shot, usually uncontested and as close to the basket as possible (unless you are a strong three-point shooter).
(2) Q: How can this be accomplished?
A: We will break down the components to accomplish this in the following settings: 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, and 4v4/5v5. We will discuss these components in the next sections.
